Policy - Converting an LO to an LOA
When receiving a ticket to convert an LO (Branch Manager) to an LOA (Loan Officer Assistant), these are are the steps we take:
1. Update title to Loan Officer Assistant in MS Admin
2. Suspend access to Marketing Email (Gmail)
3. Revoke access to SharePoint site
4. Contact the LOA's superior to confirm if the LOA needs access to their email and SharePoint.
